Off and on all week the billing system has been having problems.
Might be an ecm in the billing system also. :)

I can't log-in right now and haven't been able to for the past week. I owe them about $510.00 on the 12th and hope I can get in by then because I get really frustrated when I'm trying to talk to one of the CSR's. Hell, I moved to Charlotte so I could keep up with my Braves (and also watch the Orioles) and moved back to the Atlanta area (because I was blacked out for the Hawks and Thrashers) and somehow I still have one of the locals out of Charlotte. I guess it was just human error that it wasn't dropped. I guess I'll keep it, though, because it had some pretty decent football games (SEC) on Saturday throughout the college football season. It's one reason why I'm so hesitant to call them -- somebody will finally catch it.

Anybody have any idea when the problems will be solved?

I know somebody will question the $510 bill...

I pay annually for AT200 ($473.00) and then I have the network out of Charlotte ($1.50), KTLA ($1.50), and the Encore Movie Package ($4.99) plus all of the taxes. I'm rounding it to $510 but it's more around $517, I think. I'm considering just moving to the next package up, though, because it includes the Encore Movie Package and I wouldn't have to worry about paying for it monthly...

Just tryed again tonight...

Called in to report this problem and another one that has bugged me for a long time... When a DVR recoding is made the year is left off the record date. They took that one then tranfered me to the intenet department.... On hold for over 10 minutes...

Called back and the next CSR knew they were having problems with internet access to our accounts. Complained about the previous CSR placing me on hold for so long....
