VIP622 OTA

Had a VIP622 for a number of years and have loved it. Just recently it started to have a 2 to 3 second lag when using the remote and a system reboot would correct it. The other day I tuned to an OTA channel in the guide and the receiver rebooted. Now every time I go to an OTA channel it reboots. I went into the menu for local channels and when I attempt to scan for locals the receiver reboots. I changed the cable from the antenna to the receiver, still doing the same thing. I hooked the cable directly to the TV and received locals without issues. Time to replace the VIP622?

Hello! Are you seeing an error message on your TV screen prior to the receiver rebooting? When you reboot the receiver, are you unplugging from the power outlet for at least 10-15 seconds? Please private message us your phone number and 4 digit PIN to better assist.
