VIP722 problems or Dish Problems?

My dish is now saying Signal meter has been modified in the Point Dish area and there is no signal stregenth in the 2nd room has the VIP222 and it reads 50 signal strength. but no stations. It seems to me that the dish outside might be bad I have the Tech coming has anyone seen this?

why would that matter if that one is working, the VIP722 is the one not working.

Could be a problem between the reciver and the dish. Simple way to tell is put the 722 in place of the 222 and see if the problem follows the reciever.

Could be something as simple as a bad connection...

Do a front panel reset on them both then. Its about impossible from your post to understand what you are after? I know my dish does not have a signal meter. My 722 does though.
