Vip722 Receiver reboots daily when turning on

I am on the 4th receiver from Dish, the third had a switch problem which the installer fixed but when the receiver did a reboot after fixing the solution he said the receiver was bad and installed another. This one reboots when it is started up to watch TV.
I have a Sony XBR-55-85 connected Via HDMI with a HDMI cable out to the soundbar.
Any suggestions the tech says all connections are good.

I had my 722 replaced early this year, and two 612's replaced last last year. All my new/refurbished receivers have been working great. I wonder why you've gotten so many bad 722's?

I have to wonder if the reciever is bad, I know thats the last thing you want to hear BUT I have seen THIS many,many times.. did Dish send it to you or did a tech bring it?.. I ask because UPS and the rest of them do NOT treat them very well, I.E.. they get bounced around and hit.. and THAT is NOT good on the recievers. I go to people's homes alot and have to replace a reciever they got just the day before.. and it was bad...

I am skeptical it is a Receiver problem if the current problem is as you describe. So;
1. Turn off CEC on your TV if it is on. (On Sony it may be called Bravia Link or Bravia Sync.)
2. Try connecting to a different TV and see if the problem persists.
3. Or, try connecting the receiver via Component cables instead of HDMI and see if it still happens.
