Vip722 stuck in single mode

Hi all,

I haves vip722 that I have been running in dual mode for some time now. All of a sudden a few days ago I noticed remote 2(UHF) would notchange the channel on tv 2. Well I thought it was the remote addresses so I changes the second one. Well then inoriced that the remote would turn the second tuner on and off from the other room. I went to the room with the receiver and remote andtv 1 and changed the channel. Well tv2 goes to whTever channel tv 1 goes to. Like it's in single mode. It's in dual mode for certain. Anyone seen this?

You probably just changed the channel on your second TV so it is tuning TV1 and not TV2. Both TV1 and TV2 are RF modulated onto the coax output, not just TV2. Check which two channels you are using, and what channel your second TV is tuned to.

thank you! you were exactly right. i had tv2 on the output channel from the first tuner not the second.
