Vip922 and Iphone 4 with version 4.3 sw

I have a Vip922 with dish dish network, and I have downloaded the dish app from itunes, and can view my dish programs on my Iphone and my PC laptop.
I want too view the output of my iphone on a large screen TV by using a AV cable from my iphone to a TV).
Do not want to jailbreak my iphone ( which I am told can make the output work if I jail break my Iphone). I have version 4.3 SW on my Iphone.
The AV cable works with other video from Itunes but not Dish content.
Any suggestions?

Not possible until dish allows it to happen with their app. The only other option until dish incorporates tv out into their app would be to jailbreak your phone, which is something you said you don't want to do but seems like the only immediate solution to this problem.
