There are only a couple of threads (that I could find anyway) on the Virtual Joey app for LG Tvs. I am getting ready to replace the bedroom TV, and would like a one-stop solution. I saw a thread once that was a couple pages long and had several different models available for Joey, but now I can only one thread that refers to older TVs. There's also the question of the 5800 series (the 2014 models that are NOT webOS) being compatible floating out there.

Does anyone have a list of what TVS are compatible. I really don't want to make the big purchase for nothing. Thanks!

jeffreymabq,

The LGTV's that are compatible for the Virtual Joey are;

LN5700; 32/42/47/50/55/60

LA6200; 42/47/50/55/60

LA6900; 47/50/55

LA7400; 47/55/60

LA8600; 55/60

LA9650; 65/55

It will only be compatible using the Sony Play Station 3.

Thanks

I really want to buy the LB5800, but I can't get any reliable information about when/if it will be supported.

CubsWin,

I am doing more research for you to see if the model LB5800 will be supported for you. As soon as I get more information I will message you here.

Thanks

Not Xbox. I'm not sure if it's out on ps4 yet, but if not, it will be in the near future.

Anything new on this? Seeing Matt G's response at the following link, does that mean the LB5800 does in fact have Virtual Joey support?

https://support.dish.com/viewtopic.php?t=10556&p=58983

Ok. This is where I recommend PMing a mod. Either here or there. It's all the same.
