I just bought a used zotac mini pc. The hard drive has been wiped. It has a Windows Vista Home Premium w/OfrFrm OEM software sticker on the side. I'd never seen one. Aparently this would allow the person who bought it to upgrade for free to Windows 7. As you'd imagine, I'd like to install Windows 7 on this but don't have any of the paperwork that microsoft wants to see to get a free upgrade. Anyone know how this works? If I install Win 7 on this will the code on this sticker activate it or did Microsoft provide them with a whole new coa if they upgraded?

You are out of luck. For the first 6 months after you bought the machine (new) you could register your Window's Vista (and a copy of the computer sales receipt) to get a free upgrade disc with license key for windows 7.
