VOD is very frustrating

I just started having the same issue. Was working great before. I can use My Dish app on my iPad, but can't access any VOD. Was there a recent software update that did this? Any update on the time frame for the fix?
 
I just got a response, and was told that they do know about the issue. There was no ETA given, but I should get updates on the situation if there are any.

I did ask that this information be put on our "known issue" list, so that receivers are not unnecessarily RA'd (replaced).
 
I'll have to report back when I have the opportunity to mess with it. Thanks a lot though I am looking forward to using the VoD without worrying about freezes!
