VOD resolution

I seem to be having issues with the PQ of the VOD programming. Even when I select VOD programs marked HD, the shows seem to be very pixelated, in some cases to the point of being un-viewable. It is like what happens when you watch a video on a computer that was formatted for a small box and try to expand it to full-screen. I have played with the resolution on the set and also cycled through the resolution settings on the HR24 - there is some improvement, but the picture size becomes rather small. Anyone have similar experiences or suggestions for correcting this?

I really like the VOD capability but am disappointed by what I have seen.
