Volume, remote, zoom, or full screen grayed out on remote access

I put this at the end of one of Scott's threads, but thought I would start a new thread to see if I could get some answers. How come when I access my VIP 922 slingbox through Dish's remote access, the volume, remote, zoom, and full screen are grayed out? Can only watch stuff in the box size that is provided.
