I got Voom a few months ago, and while it still has it's
shortcomings, I love it for the most part. I've got two problems
though.
1) I've never received an OTA channel since I've had the thing
installed. I'm thinking it's probably just a diplexer issue so I
guess I might just need to call Voom and get them to send someone
out. I've just put it off since I only have 2 local channels mapped
anyway (when is scanning coming out again?)
2) I've noticed that occasionally audio will drop out for a period of
a few minutes from time to time. This can be corrected by changing
the channel and flipping back, but proves to be a problem when my
Tivo has recorded something. I assume this is just a software glitch
that needs fixed.
So those of you that have had OTA problems, any recommendations on
how to pursue this before I start making calls?
