[VOOM/DISH/OTA] Dish 942 records 2 local hd channels simultaneously

My dad went to dish after Voom and though it took a few weeks, he somehow
figured out how to record two local channels in HD at the same time. He can
only watch one (ie no PIP) but he said he recorded Numbers in HD from CBS
and L&O on NBC, both in HD.

Has anyone else figured out how to do that with the 942 receiver?

You can't. The 942 only has one OTA tuner.
