[VOOM/DISH/OTA] Local Channel Scan comes up with nothing

I am attempting to get a Voom reciever to get OTA channels I purchased
off of Ebay (Activated). I am able to get to all the correct menus
and etc (RF channel scan) but I cannot get it to tune any channels. I
have an old STB that when connected will pull in the signals, but for
some reason when the voom box does a channel scan it doesn't pick
anything up. Any ideas?

same here man. i can get 85-96 signal strentgh on some RF's, but when i scan no channels come in.
