VOOM Era Diplexor/ combiner question

Hi,

I have the DISH 1000 unit on the roof with what appears to include the really old unit described above.

It seems to be toasted and I need a replacement to deliver the OTA along with the DISH signal to my 2 tuners.

Has his sort of configuration been abandoned by DISH?

The repair guy is going (???) about this.

Very confused by what you need. Can you tell us a model number?
