[VOOM] I like voom... BUT

Let me tell you about my VOOM experience.

The customer server, to me, has been fantastic.

I like the picture, I like that Closed Captioning now works (I just
need Discovery HD and ESPN HD, and VOOM to close caption their
channels).

I want a DVR option. I just wonder where VOOM is going with
theirs. When will it be ready? I'm concerned Voom might fail and
if I buy their DVR I'll have a very expensive paperweight.

Dish has their 921, but it's buggy, so I don't want to spend the
money on it and if I did I'd drop VOOM.

DirecTV has their HD-TIVO, but DirecTV doesn't have all the channels
I want, and again I'd have to drop VOOM. (I like Dish's UPN/WB
superstations.)

So, I'm very torn.

*sigh* This is what I get for going cutting edge.
