VOOM is TOAST, Let's move on !

Hi all ,

I am on my 4th day with E* and and I look at my UNUSED:

VOOM DISH
2: MOTOROLA RECEIVERS

and I find there is LIFE after VOOM!

As a matter of fact for some reason the SD channels look better on
E* than they did on V* !

I am happy, especially with, TNTHD !

I will miss the VOOM 21 lineup, but outside of RAVE and EQUATOR,
I have already found myself living without them..

I look forward to the reports of the last living seconds of VOOM from
those of you who will monitor to the LAST.

Let's all raise a TOAST at 3:00AM (EDT) on the 1st to VOOM!

I'm a spoiled brat and I refuse to move on. VOOM is my provider and will always be my provider there is no other provider than VOOM period! It just happens that after April 30th my provider will only have 6 HD and 4 SD channels via OTA instead of 177 SD & HD channels via satellite

I have found myself watching LRW over the past couple of days when I found Laverne & Shirley, Caroline in the city. I'm going to miss these shows again when voom is gone. I'm already missing voom with The Discovery HD Theather & HGTV gone.

My box says no signal. It's been like that since late last night.

I to switched to E* 4/20 and I agree there is life after Voom. I do miss some channels but am finding new ones to take the place. And many of the SD channels are better.
And to my amazement the install was a few days after I called and went flawlessly. After having techs here for Voom over a dozen times I was a little sceptical about another satellite install. Missing Voom less each day.....

You all will be better now 'cause Dishnetwork will begin carrying 10 Voom channels now and the remainder of the 21 in 2006.
