[VOOM] Move

I am thinking about getting VOOM. However our house is on the market
to be sold. I called VOOM and was told that if I moved during the 6
month commitmnet I would have to pay them $125.00 to move the
equipment. If that is the case I will keep Charter. Is this moving
fee ever waived?

[VOOM] Re: Move

You are right they will not waive the moving fee. Sorry to hear that
was ready to sign up with VOOM. Guess I will stay with charter.

Re: [VOOM] Re: Move

Sometimes their strict adherence to their policies gets in the way of their
growth. There is no flexibility at the CSR or Supervisor level. "Policy"
is the invariable response.
