I am thinking about getting VOOM. However our house is on the market
to be sold. I called VOOM and was told that if I moved during the 6
month commitmnet I would have to pay them $125.00 to move the
equipment. If that is the case I will keep Charter. Is this moving
fee ever waived?

You are right they will not waive the moving fee. Sorry to hear that
was ready to sign up with VOOM. Guess I will stay with charter.

Sometimes their strict adherence to their policies gets in the way of their
growth. There is no flexibility at the CSR or Supervisor level. "Policy"
is the invariable response.
