[VOOM] No OTA Channels

I had VOOM installed yesterday; the installer took 5 hours to
complete the job. He installed VOOM Satellite Dish on the main roof
and OTA on top of the garage. I am not using diplexer and have two
separate cable runs back to VOOM STB. After the install was done
all I got was WABC with signal strength of 84, when I try to access
ABC I see no signal.

I call VOOM CSR and someone is supposed to show up on Wednesday to
troubleshoot the issue. If I follow Antennaweb then I am suppose to
get 17 digital stations. I am in central NJ (Edison) about 21 miles
from NYC and considered to be part of NY metro area.

Has anyone seen similar issue?
