[VOOM] OTA Channels

Been hearing a rumor that Voom may be carrying the OTA channels via
satelite. Sounds impossible, but would be a welcome relief, since
my OTA is constantly dropping CBS or FOX or UPN. Can anyone confirm
or dispel this rumor?

The last update was this weekend and it appears that the CBS HD out of Green Bay is a go.

While I am here can anyone answer my question re:
What does HD to DS3 mean?
This is what needs to be accomplished to get locals off Voom.

I can see why VOOM would offer locals via satellite.
The OTA situation may be scaring off potential subs.
I get all my locals so
I dont need them to put them on the satellite and hope picture
quality wont suffer if they do. I just want VOOM to succeed but not
to over compress channels and be like the DBS companys.
