[VOOM] Re: Wilt - Sci Fi? Any timetable?

Eric,
If you are refering to operational issues such as the stb stability
or OTA channels, these should be resolved so don't jump ship because
of this. I have been with VOOM since last November and Wilt gets the
technical issues resolved.

Programming is a different story. Sci-Fi is a must as is TechTV, USA
all the Discovery channels, Regional Sports etc... Keep in mind that
Sci-Fi is available from Dish with there cheapest package, at 24.95
along with your RSN. I use Direct TV for there Sports Package for
$12.00 per month and NFL ticket. It would be nice if Sci-Fi was
available ala cart as well. I really don't think it should be much
longer before VOOM has Sci-Fi, they realize the importance of it so
please hang in there.

Voom will be bringing another Sat. up to do this, we have to wait until the fall.. which is right around the corner.

Well it may be time to move on then....

I've emailed Wilt about rain fade, took a day off of work for a new dish which never showed, had calls escalated and never returned.

The only good thing is they never charged my card. Time to call and arrange for a deinstall and go back to DTV.

Eric I am hoping they get it soon because they need to have some of these channels that come in a standerd with other companys.. I not giving up yet, heck I just got my OTA channels work out because they could not, so I figured I better or I wont have them at all.. Cya Slick
