Voom Receiver - HD AND SD outputs ?

?'s about the Voom receiver...
1. does it output both HD(DVI, Component) AND SD (Svideo) at
the same time on all outputs ?
-I want my Tivo to record off the SD output to get shows I'm not
there to watch in HD

2. does it support on-screen caller ID

3. can a Tivo2 change it's channels w/ proper IR code ?
-has anyone got the Voom Receiver to work w/ a Tivo2 ?

The Voom website and people give almost NO technical details
about the product... and for $750... I want to be sure it will work..

1 - Yes to all outputs simultaneously - DVI, component, composite, s-video.

2 - No.

3 - Don't know. Good question.
