Voom receiver reboots everytime channel 2 or 13 is on

Whenever I put channel 2 or 13 on, the Voom receiver reboots and goes to the usual channel 100. Anyone know why it is doing this or how I can fix it?

Since it is a VOOM receiver you are only getting OTA.

Maybe there has been some change in PSIP data from your locals 2 and 13. I would do a rescan for locals thus forcing an update to the receiver's PSIP data.

Thanks for the reply. I tried that already and it still reboots. Is there anyway to reset it to the factory default settings without losing the receiver's activation? Probably not. I still use the voom receiver for ota because it still gives the best quality picture out of my current options.
