[VOOM] Remote direct to OTA channels

I have OTA with channel numbers 11-1, 11-2, and 13-1.

If I enter 11 in the remote I get 11-1.
If I enter 13 in the remote I get 13-1.
If I enter 12 in the remote I get 13-1.

How can I directly get to 11-2?

You actually can't with that receiver setup but you can just channel up from
11-1. At least as far as I know.
