I've noticed that bright colors on some channels are loaded with
sparkles - just wondering if anyone else is seeing it. For example, the
Vonage ad that's running frequently on the history channel has a bright
orange background that just sparkles like a snowstorm. Once you see it,
you can notice it in just about any area of really bright color. I
don't see on it every channel though - just certain ones.

This is a known issue. Some of the channels seem to be picked up from C
Band analog transponders and have some sparklies from time to time depending
on weather conditions at the C Band downlink site.
