voom updates on channel select page

my screen shows a message that says "update complete"
"we have been adding capacity, if your screen goes black just change the channel " dont know what it means. could be good also could be bad!

...and the big Smiley face as the second "o" in VO M - lovely - what the hell is going on. Never have I been so interested in what boils down to a monthly bill.
