[VOOM] VOOM Account

Anyone else having difficulty in logging into their VOOM account?
Website will not let me access mine.

Voom Site Difficulty

Voom customer service site is "down" including the chat function. Was able to finally pull up my account summary but the change profile gives an error message. Live Chat defaults to blank screen or "website cannot be found" message.
