Howdy, to the Group...

Well yesterday ws my first Rain (medium) while I wanted to watch an
HBO HD show but the Voom Sat Signal went from normally 86% to 89% to
54% to 57% in light to medium steady rain

Called Voom Customer support and they acted like I had a a most
unique problem and had me . reset, cold start, warm start, reboot,
unplug, disconnect just about everything and found that I need a
larger dish and that MAY help or Fix the problem ...

It was the Rain , Voom does not work in the Rain (for me)

If that's the case, since I cannot take anytime off to devote
another palyess aftenoon at work devoted to yet another voom
technician , I'll have to wait for a Saturday serive technician with
a bigger dish to install.

I guess i'm just a $ 125.00 per month paying Beta Tester for HD
weather permitting at leat my OTA reception was still 98% to 99%
even in the rain.

I don't, my old Comcast Cable HD worked perfect al the time , no
resets, no cold and warm starts I'm not Voom has been developed to
work well as of yet.
