[VOOM] will VOOM ever sell a non-HD receiver?

I'm trying to choose Voom, but to get service for both TVs, one HD,
one not, is very expensive. Does anyone know if Voom has any plans to
release a non-HD receiver for users like me? I'll bet there are an
awful lot of us that are considering DirecTV because the startup costs
are less than half what Voom's are ($199 to buy the HD receiver and
the standard ones are free...)

Thanks,

Kevin

I doubt it. Remember, they are a service all about HD. I know the pain, I hated buying that second box for my 27" tv. But it still looks very good ;). You could always just plit your signal to both tvs. You wouldn't be able to watch 2 different shows at once, but I don't know whether that is a concern for you or not.
