Vsat and Direcway resources and training help

I have been doing dbs for over 6 years and I'm thinking about getting into Vsat and/or Direcway. Do they pay well? Where can I find training? I have seen groundcontrol.com are there other areas to look? I would like to here the good and the bad points if anyone here is installing these.
