Nope. One cable from LNB to Wally and the dual tuners still works. It's the old VIP's that needed a separatorSo since the Wally's are dual tuners do they need anything special to be able to use both tuners using the dpp lnb's?

Awesome thanks everyone. Now I just need to find a good deal on a western arc dpp lnb for my 1000.2 and I'll be in good shape for what I want to do just about anywhere in the US I think.Nope. One cable from LNB to Wally and the dual tuners still works. It's the old VOP's that needed a separator
What exactly is a channel stack splitter?Well I just ordered a channel stack splitter should be here in a few days. I guess we'll find out. I've seen people do multiple hoppers and multiple Wally's with this setup but I've never seen someone do both.
The Channel Stack Splitter is used for "mixed receiver" installations or even MDU type Wally installations using a DPH42. For example, with one DPH42 multi-switch using both outputs and the necessary number of Channel Stack Splitters, one can install up to 32 Wally's in an institution of some sort, for example, like a college dorm or hospital or motel, etc. What exactly is the channel stack splitter 19 years I've done this and have never heard of that particular part
I am running two Wallys on an eastern arc hybrid dish using a channel stack splitter. What exactly is the channel stack splitter 19 years I've done this and have never heard of that particular part
