Wallys absolutely do work with dpp or dph lnb's. From what you're saying, everything sounds like it's hooked up correctly. I'd either go with jsheridans advice and get a tech out there, or get new coax to run from the dish to wally.

I don't think the OP has made sure the dish(es) are aligned and getting signals. If the dishes are aligned then coax would definitely become the prime suspect.

2bittersweet, when you run check switch, what are the results? Can you post a pic of that?

Looks like you're not getting any signal so we're back to the dish not being pointed correctly. If you don't have a signal meter or some other way of pointing and peaking or at least checking the signal on the dish then you should call a professional.
