I see that dish had updated dish home and you can watch 6 channels at the same time.now my question can you watch any six channels you want to or do you have to watch the 6 channels dish put on there.

6 channels that they "put on there"...

They might change those after a while (as they mentioned previously)

Unless they add the ability to put your own channels the feature is rather useless. Also when you select a channel to go fullscreen and then want to go back to 6 channel view you have to reload the Dish home everytime. They need to make it where you can instantly go fullscreen or back to 6 channel view. They also need to make it so you can view just the channels and not have to see the extra crap on the screen. Also it should have the ability to have 2 channels side by side or 4 or 6 or more if you want.

Cheers,
JS

Geez, why don't they go ahead and just pay your bill for you while they are at it!?!

Until they have 6 tuner receivers, defining your own unique 6 channels is going to be really hard to do.

The 6 channels you see up there are actually only 1 channel. The channels are muxed together at the uplink and uplinked, you can only see the 6 channels Dish Network puts up there.
