Watching what's been recorded on DVR and EHD

I have to take my sat down in the near future for some deck work I'm going to be doing and was wondering if I will still be able to watch the recorded programs I have on my 622 HD and EHD. Can anyone tell me if I will be able to watch my recorded programs even though the sat dish is down? As always, thank for the help.

Yes. Anything on your EHD or DVR can be watched while the dish is down.

You can disconnect any of the dish and OTA inputs. They will tag you for having no phone/internet connection for longer than some part of a day. You may have to access your programs through using Menu to break out of the searching for signal message and then use the DVR button. (I have not done this experiment.)
