There is now WCAX 3-7 This TV. 16:9, SD.
I also see that 3-6 is labeled 720p on rabbit ears but I assure you that it is not, it is 16:9 SD, too.

Yes, I see 3.7 pixelates every few seconds, like its being compressed way too much. 3.2 does as well though not as bad.
