I have a WD My Book 500 GB Hard Drive with a USB only connection out. I have been using this as an external HD on my 622.

My question is, does anyone know what the internal connection is for this hard drive? I am selling my 622 and I would like to buy a external eSATA case if the harddrive from the My Book will go in there. I believe that the drive connection must be SATA for me to be able to connect it to an eSATA enclosure.

I have the same drive, but it's my primary NAS, so no, I'm not opening it :)

I'd have to guess PATA, but it's a wild guess, at best.
