We get the MSG "Channel" in HD

Fred: Yes, what about MSG Network? Can you please tell me if you offer it in HD?
(01)MaryAnn S: Yes, you can get the MSG channel in HD,if you are in an HD market.

Well i live in NYC......and get all the HD channels that E* offers. I think that the NY area is an HD market...so why am i not getting MSGHD??

There were other parts of the conversation I did not post. But I asked about if they will be adding more HD channels. And the answer was something to the effect of, "We're constantly adding new HD channels all the time." Interesting enough, the rep did say Dish offers 45 channel in HD, and not the 70 we've they've been saying.
