Since you're in Alaska, I wish our Government STOP using
the HARP that's in Alaska, that pollute smoke or chemical to
contacts the clouds to change the jet stream. STOP IT!!!!
You could find that info by looking up from"Science" channel's
website or some shows that talked about "HARP" on Science
channel.

HAARP from what I understand is just a radio propication study.
That project experiment was no longer in use at that time.
