Weird blackout problem with NBA League Pass

I'm watching the Wizards/Magic game on NBA League Pass. I live in Indiana - the game is in Washington D.C. I've got the SD feed on, and am watching it, but on the HD feed, it's saying I'm blacked out. Yet I'm nowhere NEAR D.C. Why would this happen?

Oh didn't you know, DC annexed Indiana last week.
All kidding aside it sounds like a computer glitch to me.
