Weird Favorite Channels List Issues

I just received my 2nd Hopper Replacement in less than a year from a HD failure. It seems to be working great except for a small issue...

It never saves my Custom Favorite Channels list as the default guide list and keeps reverting back to My Channels. Secondly, my Joey in our Master Bedroom keeps losing my local channels from the Custom List I have created for it.

I have tried everything I can to remedy the issue. Any advice or ideas from similar issues would be appreciated

I think I read the fix was to set the custom list and then immediately do a reboot.

If I understood what everyone was saying, it has to be a power cord reboot.

My replacement took a week or two to settle down. Faves are always there now.

In this case, it's a weird known issue that requires the reboot to lock in.

Mine was doing the same thing with the favorites reverting to My Channels. It started after the last update. After about 2 weeks it fixed itself without me doing anything.
