It's been that way since the server cutover... is there a new default size for the site depending on which browser we use?

Super happy! I am now finally able to use all the functionality of the website again, the server is not blocking my emails anymore so I was able to regain access!

I've had a few "page could not be loaded messages today." I don't think it's SatelliteGuys related though. More likely my ISP.

Ok Matt worked his magic this morning and moved all attachments back to our server.

In addition he installed a firewall on the server which will prevent the issues we saw on Saturday.

I just canceled the old server as well as the CDN hosting service.

Couldn't get on satelliteguys.us for a couple minutes, and isitdownrightnow said it was unreachable for everybody when I checked them. Tried again, and finally got on.

I have been on the server the entire time and no downtime.

There is something wrong with isitdownrightnow as it says we have been down for over a week.

Looking at the site it appears they only test by trying to ping the site. I am not sure if Matt set the server up to reply to pings or not.

BTW I can (and do) monitor the site and can see how many LOGGED IN users are on the site at any time in real time.

It looks like this. When we have had issues in the past on the old server, I would see the issues here with the dropoff.

That site may be blocked by the new firewall as it doesn't say the site is down just they were declined access. Other website checkers see it fine.

I can ping satelliteguys.us fine from my computer.

I am getting periodic page not found (saw it happen for the first time yesterday), often when I haven't been on the site in another tab for a bit and then click a link or refresh the forum list. Seen it on mobile too, same behavior, if I go to the site as an installed chrome app - it's technically already open and then I'm clicking or refreshing something and I get it.

Will leave it for a bit and see if I can duplicate it w/ inspector open and see what it says.

Edit: a couple days later, unable to duplicate. Probably lingering gremlins from all the DNS changes or something. In the absence of anything else, it's always DNS.

Scott Greczkowski, my SatGuys web page that I use in my cell phone just went nuts. Ads all over the place and no watch threads button to select. I can't find where to sign in, just a registration page. So I tried to register and it says my user name is already in use and wants my name, where I live, etc. So I deleted it from my home screen and then reinstalled it, same thing. The web page is working fine in my laptop. Using chrome for both cell phone and lap top.
