We haven't heard anything yet about the fate of VOOM, and we have talked to a couple of other retailers in the area as well as our distributors.
The retailers we talked to have not heard anything and the distributor is being very shady about answering us, especially when we ask them about our VOOM commissions....LOL. The distributor says "we can't really answer that right now, but you will be the first to know. Oh and by the way...did you destroy your promotion material like we asked you to?" So who knows?
Deadline is in 2 days, and unless Dolan can talk Ergen to re-nig on the Rainbow 1 deal.....well again this is all just speculation.
