Canceled service. Didn't receive the boxes in 3-5 days. Just got my billing statement email reminder. Went to the website. Saw a big flashy past due notice (I'm not) and a bill near the amount it would be if I hadn't canceled service, for my next month's service. I am laughing at this point, as I have more important things to worry about but I am sure I won't be laughing as time goes by and I don't receive my boxes. I guess I need to call them again.

Past due.... yeah right... never... what a sh!tty company they have become.
