What are the Moca bars for?

I have 2 Hoppers but only one shows Moca bars on the bottom right of the screen. The one that don't is cinnected to my network with a Dish wireless adapter. Is that The reason?

It is an option in the menu that shows the moca signal. Unfortunately I can't tell you exactly where the option is at in the menu off the top of my head.

I have mine on Notifications Only. That way it only pops up if there are issues with MoCA.
