What are these guide icons?

Yes, the behavior varies if it's already in progress or a future showing.

One kinda funny thing is, when it offers you the "do you want tho see the whole show?" (when you tune in to a show already in progress) is the choice may be hours or days away! At first, one might think they'd get the choice/option to watch the whole show NOW.

This reminds me of a feature I saw at my in-laws with Time Warner (except TW is doing that cloud DVR type setup, I think).

I really like this new feature. Its like TIME TRAVEL into the future. You can watch shows now that are in the guide in the future.
Cant wait for the next Haaaaper TV commercial, the family jumps into that Back to the Future car from the movie to jump ahead to watch something in the futer,

If you press select on a movie in the guide that is currently in progress, it just jumps to that movie in progress. The better way is press the search button on the remote on the current guide program and it will bring up all future plays and VOD plays that are available, which is a feature that we already have. So, why do we need a feature that only shows VOD. Come on Dish, work on NEW features or fix the current bugs, but this is a waste.
