What did I do wrong??

Joey can access recorded programs on both hoppers. Was watching live program on joy, wanted to resume watching on another tv. So I paused the Joey, powered it off and couldn't ding it paused n with hopper!

Did I stop the pause when I powered the Joey down?

Yep, once the unit is powered off, you lose the buffer and with it the pause.

The solution is to rewind the buffer and hit Record. Then you can resume from the other receiver.
