It is indeed the D500 Plus. The 118.7 is mostly used for international programming, and the 110 and 119 will pull in most standard definition programming, and Latino channels. The 500 Plus also should have an extra bracket that allows for the addition of a fourth LNB for 129. You need an external switch to use this Dish.
