What do I need for NESNHD/NHL only?

Hi folks.

My local cable company refuses to carry the NHL Center Ice HD channel for some bizarre reason (still charge us the full rate though). I noticed that the 61.5 satellite carries regional HD sports channels and the NHL Network HD channel, which really would be the only ones I need (I know I'd have to re-sub to the NHL Center Ice package to get out-of-market games).

I have trees in my backyard but it looks like I could get a direct LOS to the 61.5 sat. Is it possible to set up a DISH subscription/package that only uses that one satellite just to get NHL HD games?

Any suggestions for the cheapest way to do this (packages and equipment)?

Thanks.

if you're in the New England area, AT100+ gets you NESN HD and CSN HD, but you will be blacked out from bruins games on Center Ice.

If outside of New England area, Center Ice doesn't always carry the Bruins games in HD (like tonight )
