What do I need to do on Feb 1?

I'm a current AT 180 + HD pak subscriber that leases an 811. I'd like to add all the VOOM channels plus the two new HD channels (ESPN2HD and Universal HD). I have a Dish 500 system. I know I need a Dish 1000 and a new receiver. What do I need to do and how much is it going to cost me? Whom do I contact?
